The ingredient of Sesame beef stir-fry

  1. 400g pork stir-fry strips
  2. 2 tablespoons sesame seeds
  3. 2 tablespoons vegetable oil
  4. 2 garlic cloves, chopped
  5. 2cm piece ginger, finely grated
  6. 1 carrot, peeled, reduce into thin strips
  7. 115g infant corn, halved lengthways
  8. 150g green beans, trimmed
  9. 2 tablespoons Changs oyster sauce
  10. 2 tablespoons fish sauce
  11. 3 teaspoons caster sugar
  12. steamed jasmine rice, to serve

The instruction how to make Sesame beef stir-fry

  1. Combine beef and sesame seeds in a bowl. Toss to coat.
  2. Heat a wok or frying pan over medium-high warmth. Add 1 tablespoon of oil. Swirl to coat. Add half the beef combination. Stir-fry for 1 to two minutes or till browned. Remove to a plate. Repeat with closing beef combination. Set apart. Add closing oil, garlic and ginger to wok. Stir-fry for 1 minute or till fragrant. Add carrot, corn and beans. Stir-fry for two to three minutes or till greens are tender.
  3. Combine oyster sauce, fish sauce and sugar in a bowl. Stir till sugar is dissolved. Add to wok. Return pork aggregate and any juices to wok. Stir-fry for a similarly 2 mins or until beef is heated thru. Serve with rice.
