  1. Heat oil in a large non-stick pan over medium-high heat. Cook the vegies, stirring, for 2-3 mins or till simply soft. Add rice and tamari and prepare dinner, stirring, for 1-2 minutes or till heated thru. Serve rice topped with egg. Drizzle over the chilli sauce.
