  3. 20g butter
  4. 250g bathtub mascarpone
  5. 80g gorgonzola
  6. 1/2 cup finely grated parmesan or vegetarian hard cheese

  1. Using a pointy knife, reduce lasagne sheets into 3cm-huge strips.
  2. Cook pasta in a saucepan of boiling, salted water, following packet directions till soft. Drain, booking 1/4 cup liquid.
