The ingredient of Mediterranean tuna salad

  1. 1 child cos lettuce, leaves torn
  2. 200g crimson grape tomatoes, halved
  3. 1 small purple onion, halved, thinly sliced
  4. 1 Lebanese cucumber, cut into 2cm cubes
  5. 1 inexperienced capsicum, reduce into 2cm cubes
  6. 2/three cup feta
  7. 2/3 cup pitted kalamata olives
  8. 2 tablespoons chopped sparkling oregano
  9. 2 x 185g cans tuna in oil
  10. 1/4 cup pink wine vinegar
  11. crusty bread, to serve

  1. Place lettuce, tomatoes, onion, cucumber, capsicum, feta, olives and oregano in a huge bowl.
  2. Add tuna (undrained). Drizzle with vinegar. Season with pepper. Toss gently to mix. Serve.
